"It was annoying to not be able to use the phone for local calls or to use a phone card. Non-smoking room smelled a little like stale smoke."

"I understand there was a policy about cancellation, but I feel an exception could have been made. I live in Reno and on 12/30 we got 3 feet of snow. I did not know until the day of 12/31 that I would be unable to brave highway 80 in my 2/wheel drive and make it to Sac. Needless to say I paid for a room I called the day of to request a break and they were unwilling to help me. BEWARE!!!"

"old carpet, tile, bathrooms.
Sheets were old and some were ripped.
This would be "you get what you paid for" hotel.
Will not stay there again."

"Getting my rooms were a big problem. I had requested non smoking. The first room was definitely smoking, the second was a non active room, and the third was also definitely smoking. The fourth was fine. However, when I requested a change on my second reservation, one clerk gave me an attitude about having already changed my room four times. I was not pleased with that. All of the other clerks that helped throughtout my visit were extremely helpful and very nice."
